These people could thus be transported immediately to places where, because of the language difficulties, which are always mutual, they will build a village together with a village centre and social centres, which should be connected to the cities.
This could be, for example, the country of Canada or Australia, whereby the families must always be brought together until one day, as a rule, every immigrant and refugee has to go back to their home country/ fatherland.
During this transitional period, the luxury liners or cruise ships should take care of the care and accommodation of the refugees, whereby the luxury class passengers should gladly participate in the management of the construction of the small wooden dwellings together with some suitable refugees on land, which must be done as quickly as possible.
The refugees are then welcome if they do not represent an additional burden for the world's "fed-up population", but only have to bear the financial burden, which has to be shared by the world community!
